The author has argues that people's perception of Bigfoot is more unknown then we really think about, but we may know what it is, although scientist want proof of this creatures to really name it and study it.He claims that Bigfoot is a creature most people in the united states known and don't know about. He also claims that Bigfoot is known to be in most of north American. The author develops his claim by first exploring the names Bigfoot is associated with and where the places Bigfoot is seen. The author investigates the claim of scientist and believers of Bigfoot. Lastly the author tells that everyone should keep an open mind because it could be possible. The purpose of the author was to compare the view of Bigfoot from a scientist view to the true believers, in order to get people to understand why people strongly believe in Bigfoot and why we think he is real.
